iteria.us is in search of experienced sales manager who will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the US and should drive revenue growth. Primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Understand iteria.us services from a technical and functional perspective and present this information to prospective clients.
• Work with customers to understand their requirements and identify solutions that meet their business needs.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are attended, documented, and responded to in a timely manner.
• Build trust with prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in untapped regions globally.
• Interact with customers to gain market insight and spot trends.
• Effectively generate leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts.
• Develop sales plan activities by understanding customer specific needs and requirements.
• Set targets to drive an increase in international sales and revenue.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customer data in CRM.
• Take initiative to develop effective solutions to issues that slow down sales activities andprocedures.
• Assist leadership team with developing sales strategies, generating reports and collecting feedback.
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree/diploma or higher in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
• A minimum of 5 – 8yrs exp. from Oracle implementation service sales is preferred.
• Experience in ERP sales is needed.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent teamwork, management, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of current trends in technology to present improvement opportunities to the leadership.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and pricing models.
• Ability to identify and resolve customer pain points.• Willingness to drive change.
Desired Skills
• Oracle ERP / SCM / Commerce / HCM Implementation and Services - Sales Experience.
• Oracle PAAS Implementation and Services - Sales Experience.
